If you've worked with some of these other nut jobs you'll realize that 'pleasure' isn't a word which is typically used together with 'realtor'. William ALWAYS puts our needs above, honestly, even his own. We've always felt like we're his only client. Not exactly sure how he does this, but it is truly a gift - if he could bottle that and sell it I'd be signing up for a subscription.
